We value your personal information and comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. Collected information is never used for any purpose other than those stated. The items, purposes and retention periods of personal information collected while using our service are as follows.

· Service delivery: sending company and service introduction materials, providing tailored influencer marketing consultations and proposals

· Customer management: verifying applicants, handling inquiries, securing communication channels and delivering notices

2. Personal information collected

We collect only the minimum personal information needed at each stage of your request.

[Step 1] Deck request (required): agency name (company name), email address

[Step 1] Deck request (optional): contact name

[Step 2] Detailed consultation form (required): name, email address, company name, contact phone number, business type, average monthly influencer marketing budget, company website URL, preferred campaign start date, how you heard about Glow.B, and all other information entered in the consultation form

[Step 2] Detailed consultation form (optional): job title

Collected automatically while using the service: IP address, cookies, visit history, service usage records

3. Retention period

Personal information is retained for 6 months after the consultation is completed and its purpose is fulfilled, and then destroyed.

Where retention is required by law, we keep the information for the periods set by the relevant laws.

· Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)

· Website visit records (logs): 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

4. Right to refuse and consequences

You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. If you refuse consent to the required items, we may be unable to send the deck or provide consultations. (You can still use the service if you refuse the optional items.)

You have the right to refuse this consent. As an optional item, refusing it does not affect receiving the deck or using our marketing consultation service.
